USA Fitness is a proud member of the Healthways Forever Fit Program. If you are insured through Health America, please call and check to see if you are eligible for this program.
If you are eligible, you will receive a card for your membership. You can then bring your card to our facility and start enjoying all of the health benefits available through USA Fitness.
