USA Fitness is a proud member of the UPMC for Life Silver & Fit Program. If you are insured through UPMC, please call and check to see if you are eligible for this program.
If you are eligible, you will contact American Specialty Health, sign up for the program, and receive a card for your membership. You can then bring your card to our facility and start enjoying all of the health benefits available through USA Fitness.
